Function oriented: each party involved in only their own function, and does not bother with other parties' functions.
Process oriented: every parties work together, though with different function, but having the same ultimate goal. They need not work hand in hand, but what this party do can affect how the party is able to work. Just like in a soccer team, where players have different position but whole team work together to ensure victory.
