Was walking ard Tangs in Vivo with my fren. And I finally realised for myself that, yah, the top brands' eye creme really expensive. Estee Lauder has one tt's 160 bucks. Wah~! But theirs' mainly oil based (didn't really catch what oil the salesgirl said it was), only got one that is water based.
Ladies' biz is real big.
