Was watching this evening's (1st May 2006) 6.30 news on channel 8. Our Health Minister Mr Khaw mentioned that he sticked to his belief that the rich should help the poor.
the issue of means-testing for medical costs was one of the topic in the current GE. hmm, if that is implemented, does that mean ministers will have a foot a high bill if they see doctor?
