Put up a successful performance to the Wow of the thousand (abt there lar) strong audience. but had a small personal glitch myself..=P, forgot to hit a pose after the dance part of the routine.. haha... oops.. but small case..
spirit was high prior, during and after the event. everyone felt great. friends i spoke to applaud our great performance...
efforts paid off.
Heard from zhang er that after our performance, the emcee actually spoke abt our achievements, and wat we had done for NUS, like during dragonboat race last year. glad to have recognition from them.
the event itself commemorate the recent achievements of NUS, in particular the everest climbing team, Dr William Tan for his achievements for charity.
Congrats to Yen Kai for achieving such a great feat, and also to Stefen and their team.
Dr William Tan was fantastic... 10 marathons in 7 continents.
"No Dream too high; No journey too tough."
He should be placed in charge of a certain fund raising organization, instead of a certain TT D****.
Celebrated Nat's birthday(3 times for him.. wahahha), and also Serene's birthday...
haa.. Kaiting baked two cakes, 1 for each of them.
was a wonderful day, towards the end of the event, the band were playing nice songs, among a few, Casablanca, You are wonderful Tonight.. ok, they're a bit of oldies.. but they are really nice songs.. haa.
tmr shall be interim presentation.. ok, i have sorta considered my slides to be done, and sorta prepared my speech.. although without any rehearsal.. heck lar.. haahaa.
